Mrs. Bresnahan joined the Federation of State Physicians Health Programs in July 2016 as Executive Director. She works in collaboration with the FSPHP Board of Directors to implement and manage the FSPHP strategic priorities including accountability, consistency and excellence for its member Physician Health Programs. She is involved in policy development, organizational development, fiscal planning, membership support, recruitment and the renewal processes, membership communications.  Read more

Chris Bundy, MD, MPH, FASAM
Chief Medical Officer 

Dr. Bundy, a Past President of FSPHP, is the Executive Medical Director of the Washington Physicians Health Program (WPHP) and Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry, University of Washington School of Medicine and Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine at Washington State University. Prior to joining WPHP, he served as Mental Health Service Chief and Chief of Psychiatry at the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System. He is board certified in general and geriatric psychiatry and addiction medicine and is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Bundy draws on his experience as a health-care leader, medical educator, and physician in recovery to support education and advocacy efforts related to physician health and well-being.

Sandra Savage

Sandra Savage is the FSPHP Membership Services Manager, handling all membership support activities, including resources for our website, newsletter development, e-list oversite, regional meeting planning, membership application assistance, renewal assistance, and committee support. Sandra has extensive association management expertise and has worked for FSPHP for 3 years from 2019 to 2021, and now returns to us in 2023 where she feels she belongs supporting the work of the FSPHP members!

Jennifer Hernandez

Jennifer Hernandez joined the FSPHP in September 2024 and will provide part-time logistical planning support for the Annual Conference. Jennifer brings more than 20 years of conference and event planning experience to the FSPHP. Her career has primarily focused on meeting and events planning for the pharma and biotech industries, and she has experience planning meetings for patient advocacy groups and other non-profit patient foundations. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). 

 

Tanya Roof, CMP, CASE

Tanya has dedicated over a decade to the mission and membership of FSPHP. She has over twenty-eight years of experience in the meeting and events arena, focusing on venue procurement, contracts, hospitality, logistics, and exceptional meeting management. She has achieved her Certified Meeting Professional designation, which is recognized globally as a badge of excellence in the events industry. Tanya is also a Certified Association Sales Executive and Medical Meetings Professional and understands working with non-profit and association groups.

 

Victoria Samper
Accreditation Consultant

Victoria is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in Regulatory Compliance. She is an Accreditation Subject Matter Expert. While at the Institute for Medical Quality Victoria took the accreditation program to the national level and obtained Medicare Deeming Status for the Outpatient Surgery Center Accreditation Program.  Victoria served as COO of La Clinica de La Raza a Community Health Center. 

Jennifer Dunnion

Jennifer Dunnion serves as the Accreditation Specialist at the Federation of State Physician Health Programs. In her current role, Jennifer oversees the accreditation review process for the FSPHP Performance Enhancement and Effectiveness Review™ (PEER™) Program and the FSPHP Evaluation and Treatment Accreditation™ (FSPHP-ETA™) Program.

Since joining FSPHP in 2024, Jennifer has played a vital role in supporting a range of projects, demonstrating her dedication, organizational expertise, and commitment to excellence. She brings extensive experience from her current role as Strategic Partnership Director for Meetings Together, as well as her previous positions as an Office Manager at an educational institution and Group Sales Manager for a variety of hotels. These roles have equipped her with valuable expertise in event planning, organization, budgeting, customer service, and team coordination.

Jennifer is passionate about contributing to FSPHP’s mission and brings her organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and focus on efficiency to further enhance the success of the PEER™ and FSPHP-ETA™ programs.
