P. BRADLEY HALL, MD, DFASAM |
Dr. Hall is a third-generation West Virginia physician originally from Clarksburg. After 15 years of private practice in Bridgeport West Virginia, he became involved in the establishment of the West Virginia Medical Professionals Health Program serving as the Founding Medical Director. He currently serves as President/Executive Director of the West Virginia Society of Addiction Medicine (WVSAM). He is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Hall is currently the Immediate-Past President of the Federation of State Physician Health Programs. Dr. Hall has served as a Board of Director of the Federation of State Physician Health Programs and its Executive Committee for a number of years. He is a member of multiple American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) committees including the Physicians’ Health, Legislative and Membership. He was one of the co-authors of the American Society of Addiction Medicine’s eleven (11) policies on physician health. He is serving on the Federation of State Medical Boards Physicians Health Committee in the updating of the Impaired Physicians policy . Dr. Hall is a co-author of the Chapter on Physician Health Programs, “Physician Mental Health and Well-Being - Research and Practice. New York: Springer Publishing.” |
LYNN HANKES, MD |
Over 30 years ago, he was among the 100 pioneer physicians in the entire country who passed the first certification exam in Addiction Medicine, and he is also an honored Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Hankes is a Clinical Professor Emeritus at the University of Washington School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He served 13 years as the Director of the Washington Physicians Health Program and he is also a Past President of the Federation of State Physician Health Programs. Dr. Hankes is on the Advisory Boards of the Air Line Pilots Association and the Jupiter, Florida Medical Center Detox Unit. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Professionals Resource Network, a program that facilitates the rehabilitation of health professionals with substance use and mental disorders. |
