FSPHP is actively seeking contributions of PHP policies for inclusion in the FSPHP Member Policy Library. This growing repository serves as a vital resource for our PHP members, fostering collaboration, consistency, and innovation across PHPs nationwide.

We are particularly interested in receiving the following types of policies:

•    Cannabis Use
•    Evaluation and/or Treatment
•    Toxicology Testing

Submit your policies via the Policy Upload Form or email to [email protected].

Access to the FSPHP Member Policy Library is restricted to FSPHP PHP members in good standing and log-in to the Member Portal is required. 

FSPHP data reveals that more than half of Physician Health Programs (PHPs) currently receive funding from state sources. However, many PHPs continue to seek additional financial support and have expressed interest in understanding how other programs secure state funding, including the sources and amounts. To support these efforts, FSPHP conducted a brief survey in October to gather insights into state funding practices for PHPs. The results are available to FSPHP PHP members only.

Additionally, all FSPHP State Member Programs are showcased on the FSPHP State Programs webpage. Each program has its own dedicated page, accessible through its state listing, which includes detailed funding information.
