Mail the 2025-2027 Ballots by March 28th
The 2025-2027 ballots for the FSPHP Board of Directors were mailed to all FSPHP State Voting Members in late January. State Voting Members shall vote and return sealed ballots to the FSPHP Administrative Offices postmarked by March 28, 2025.
Please Complete a Brief PHP Suicide Screening Practice Survey
On March 17th, all State Voting Members received an email requesting participation in a brief 12-question survey. The survey aims to collect information on current practices for suicide screening, intervention, and postvention at PHPs, where applicable. We kindly ask for one response per PHP by April 1st. If you need the survey link resent, please email ssavage@fsphp.org.
