The FSPHP Annual Education Conference is NOT affiliated with a housing company.
Please be careful if approached by any company or service claiming to be an official housing provider for FSPHP. In the past, FSPHP has been made aware of travel companies that are entirely fraudulent, misleading exhibitors and attendees with false information. Please note that you can ONLY book a room in the Federation of State Physician Health Program’s block by using the above link. If you are contacted by a housing company trying to sell hotel rooms for this conference, please contact FSPHP at [email protected].
TRANSPORTATION
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is just 15 miles away. The hotel is only two blocks southwest from the Westlake Station, where you can take the Link Light Rail and ride it to and from the airport. Click here for station information.

INCIDENTALS HOLD ON CREDIT CARD
During arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges and an additional $75 per night for any incidentals placed on the guest room.
These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction.
Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days.
It’s strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check-in.
