• Central Regional Representative
• Northeast Regional Representative
• Southeast Region Director
• Western Region Director
• Director-at-Large
• Public Member

Please note that only State or Associate members who are staff members of Physician Health Programs (PHPs) may serve as Officers or Directors. Additionally, no state may hold more than one regional directorship.

Review and Update Your State PHP Pages

FSPHP PHP member programs have two pages on the FSPHP website. These pages receive high traffic and serve as an exclusive member benefit, offering enhanced visibility and easy access to your program for those looking for a state PHP. Please review your program information on the FSPHP website to ensure it remains current and up-to-date.
Your program has two pages to update:
- A public facing page with address, staff, program structure, and program services.
- A members-only page that contains monitoring information. The members-only page is accessible via a "Click here for additional member information" link at the bottom of your public facing page.
You will be required to log-in as a member to access and view this page.
How to update your page info:
- Visit the FSPHP State Program webpage.
- Select your program from the table to view your public facing page.
- Then view your members-only page via the "Click here for additional member information" link.
- Email your edits to [email protected].
These pages are structured with data fields, so we cannot make edits outside the fields or format.
