New Resource:  Frontline Connect Toolkit (includes a video about PHPs)

The Frontline Connect Toolkit, Improving Mental Health Care for Clinicians: Leading Interventions for Your Workforce, is a roadmap for healthcare leaders to increase access to mental health care for frontline clinicians. The toolkit highlights institutions that lead the way in making system-level changes to increase access for their workforces. It focuses on suicide prevention, health-centric Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), training for managers, innovative Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and more.

FSPHP President Elect, Dr. Michael Baron Receives TLAP Volunteer of the Year Award

Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program (TLAP) held its annual Camp TLAP Conference last weekend at Montgomery Bell State Park in Dickson. Dr. Michael Baron received TLAP's "Stephenson Volunteer of the Year" Award. FSPHP President Elect and Tennessee Medical Foundation - Physician's Health Program Medical Director, Dr. Baron, serves on the TLAP Commission. Dr. Baron has dedicated many hours of expert medical support to TLAP in designing approved diagnostics, treatment and monitoring. With Dr. Baron's input, TLAP's programming is delivering "gold standard" clinical and monitoring services to the legal profession in Tennessee.
